TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Terms: Regular Ground Shipping is included in the sales price to addresses within the United States.  Orders are usually processed & shipped within 48 hours.
Note: FTC Regulation Z requires that shipments are made within 24 business hours of billing a credit card.

FOREIGN ORDERS:
We ship worldwide daily and we welcome orders from outside the United States. Payment must be made in advance by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover) or wire transfer.

IMPORTANT: If you pay by credit card you must include the following:

1) Cardholder’s name exactly as it appears on the credit card
2) Credit Card number and expiration date
3) Cardholder’s billing address for verification
4) Cardholder's signature, if faxing your order to us
5) Shipping Charges will be determined when you place the order
All shipping charges to foreign destinations must be prepaid
Note:  WE DO NOT SHIP FREIGHT COLLECT.

Warranty:
CoolWindshields will not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the uses of any products sold by CoolWindshields. Our guarantee is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts up to 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration or negligence.

Returns:
All claims must be made within 30 days of the shipping date and you must call to obtain a verbal authorization from CoolWindshields before shipping merchandise back to us.  
No packages will be accepted for return if shipped C.O.D.
